ROMINA GAETANI

Romina born in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Carlos Gaetani who was insurance producer and past away this year (2014), and Maria gaetani. Her big brother is Leonardo Gaetani who is an architect. Since she was very young, Romina showed interest in acting, so she enrolled at the Institute of Scaffolding 90 theater for a period of four years. This institute was founded by theater actress Alejandra Boero, is located in Buenos Aires. She also studied in Santa Ana de Villa Ballester high school, in the north of Buenos Aires.

Her first television role was in the Argentine unit "true consequence" in the year 1998. however, her acting debut in the theater was the musical comedy titled "King David" in the role of Bathsheba, under the direction of Pepe Cibrian Campoy, in the year 1998. The same year she joined the cast of the soap opera "Summer of '98" of the channel Telefe, in the role of Carla.

In 2000 Romina gets her first starring in the sixth season of "Chiquititas" in the role of Luz Linares.

The following year she was counterpart of Facundo Arana and Gianella Neyra on Telefe telenovela: "Yago, pasión morena".

She continued acting in "Mil miliones" as Pilar Arias, and in 2003 she starred in Pol-ka's sope opera "Soy gitano", as Isabel Salvatori.

Together with Dady Brieva she starred in "Los secretos de papá" in 2004, after that she starred in the Argentina version of "Desperate Housewives".

In 2007-2008 Romina traveled to mexico to film the mexican TV show "Mientras Haya Vida", sharing the stage with Saul Lizazo and Andres Palacios.

In 2008 she starred in the telenovela "Don Juan Y Su Bella Dama", with Joaquín Furriel in Telefe.

In 2009 she starred in Telefe's "Botineras" with Nicolas Cabre and Isabel Macedo. Two years later, in 2011, she starred in Pol-ka's telenovela "Herederos de una venganza", alongside Luciano Castro. The following year she participated in "Lobo" as Miranda.

In 2012 and 2013 Romina acts in two theater plays: "Recordando con Ira" and "Triste golondrina macho", and participates in unit TV "Televisión por la justicia" for which she is nominate for an Emmy award for Best Actress.

Privet Life

in 2006-2008 she was in a relationship with a musician and former member of the band Bersuit Vergarabat and Via Varela, named Hector Limon García. In 2010-2011 she had a relationship with the businessman Hernán Nisenbaum. Today Romina has a beautiful realtionship with the guitarist of the band Bersuit Vergarabat, Oskar Righi.
